Sweta Jain shares her secret HOT sauce recipe.  This red hot sauce can be eaten with  a lot of Indian dishes, pasta, pizza or just bread.

INGREDIENTS

7-8 fresh red serrano peppers (remove partial seeds)

1/2 lemon

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 pinch asafoetida (Hing)

1/2 teaspoon salt

PREPARATION

STEP 1

Add all the ingredients in a food processor

STEP 2

Mix till the texture of the paste becomes thick. Do not add water to the chutney
