INGREDIENTS

2-3 small pieces fresh turmeric or 2 tablespoon turmeric powder

1-2 large pieces of fresh ginger

2-3 fresh clementine or 1/2 cup orange juice

1 tablespoon lime juice

2-3 dates

1/2 teaspoon honey or agave (optional)

1 cup water

1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Wash and peel the fresh ginger and turmeric.  Peel the clementines.

Step 2

Using the juicer, add clementines, lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, honey and water.   Grind until the mixture is nice and smooth. Sprinkle crushed black pepper and serve.
