INGREDIENTS (for 1 of cup tea)

FOR FLOWER INFUSION

8-10 dry rosella buds

1 cup water, hot

FOR HERB INFUSION

4 leaves of spearmint

6 leaves of lemon balm

1 cup water, hot

SPICE INFUSION

2 cloves

2 holy basil leaves (tulsi)

4 cinnamon sticks,1 inch each

5 peppercorns

6 pieces lemongrass, 1 inch each

1 piece ginger, 1 inch by 1 inch

10 coriander seeds

2 cups water

DIRECTIONS

FOR FLOWER INFUSION

Step 1

Add dry rosella buds in a cup of hot water. Keep aside and let it brew for about 6-10 minutes.

FOR HERB INFUSION

Step 1

Add spearmint and lemon balm leaves to a cup of hot water. Keep aside and let it brew for about 6-10 minutes.

FOR SPICE INFUSION

Step 1

Take water, cloves, tulsi leaves, cinnamon, peppercorns, lemongrass, ginger, and coriander seeds and boil it till the mixture reduces to 1 cup. Your spice infused tea is ready!
