Jicama Tostada, party for your taste buds.  Crisp and deliciously refreshing.  This salad can be assembled in no time.

INGREDIENTS

1 large Jicama

1 ripe mango

1 avocado

6-7 cherry tomatoes

1/4 cup cilantro

2-3 habanero peppers

1 teaspoon lemon

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 tablespoon cayenne pepper or tijan clasico seasoning

PREPARATION

Step 1

Peel and slice Jicama into flat and round.

Step 2

Chop avocado, mango into small pieces, cut cherry tomatoes and habanero into round slices.  Remove the cilantro leaves for garnish.

Step 3

Place the Jicama on the bottom of the plate, add chopped ingredients on the top, place the sliced cherry tomatoes and habanero and sprinkle with tijan seasoning, salt, lemon and garnish with the cilantro leaves and serve.
