Serve yourself and your guest healthy meals. This dish is simply refreshing and can be made with few different ingredients during hot summer days.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups homemade yogurt

1 cup cooked organic sona masuri rice or brown rice or quinoa

1 cup pomegranate seeds or baby grapes

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1/2 teaspoon salt

PREPARATION

Step 1

Mix cooked rice, chia seeds and yogurt gently.  Allow the mixture to marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2

Chill the mixture for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Step 3

Prior to serving add pomegranate seeds, salt and mix gently.  Garnish with pomegranate seeds, chia seeds and mint leaves as shown in the picture.
