Everyone’s favorite Mexican salsa, pico de gallo.  Its fresh, easy to assemble and by far the most addictive dip with tortilla chips.  Serve the pico with tacos, nachos, enchiladas or anything your heart desires.  Have a backup plan to make extra batch when entertaining your guest.  This one disappears in minutes. Its delicious!

INGREDIENTS

8-10 small ripped tomatoes

1 small white onion

3/4 cup cilantro

1 jalapeño or serrano pepper

1/2 sea salt

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon vinegar

PREPARATION

Step 1

Chop the tomatoes, onions, jalapeño into small dices.  Finely chop the cilantro. Combine all the ingredients into a serving bowl.  Add lemon juice, salt, cumin powder, vinegar and mix all the ingredients gently.

Step 2

Let the salsa marinate for 15 minutes before serving.  Serve with tortilla chips or any Mexican dish.
