Tired of the same green juices and smoothies? Raw mangoes are every where these days.  Try this refreshing combination of raw mangoes and mint, its sweet and tangy flavors will leave you quenching for the second glass this summer.

INGREDIENTS

3 raw mangoes (medium size)

1 cup mint leaves

1 cup water

1 cup brown sugar according to the taste

1 teaspoon jeera powder (cumin)

1 teaspoon black salt

3/4 teaspoon black pepper powder

1 teaspoon salt

PREPARATION

Step 1

Peel raw mangoes, add one cup of water and put them in the pressure cooker.  Start cooking and wait for 2-4 whistle and then let the mangoes cool.

Step 2

Take out the seeds from the boiled mangoes and put the pulp in the blender, add all the ingredients and blend to make a smooth paste.  Take a sauce pan and boil the mixture for 2-3 minutes.  This paste can be stored in the refrigerator or used instantly by adding water.  This recipe serves 15 glasses of the juice.

Decorate with mint leaves and serve chill.
