INGREDIENTS

1 cup soybean

1/3 cup tahini

¼ cup yogurt

¼ cup water (left over from boiling beans)

½ tsp salt

½ tsp lemon juice

olive oil, to garnish

roasted pine nuts, to garnish

paprika, to garnish

DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Soak soybeans overnight and then boil until very tender. Strain excess water and save the water to use later.

Step 2

Blend beans with tahini and yogurt. Add a little bit of water if needed and then add salt and lemon juice. Empty into a bowl or container and garnish!
