Sweet, ripe summer tomato salad.  Its all about keeping it simple and refreshing for your guest.

INGREDIENTS

7-8 colorful tomatoes (Orange, Green, Yellow, Red)

1/2 cup basil leaves

1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

PREPARATION

Step 1

Cut tomatoes in thick slices and arrange them as shown in the picture. Sprinkle the basil leaves on top of the tomatoes.

Step 2

Salt, black pepper and olive is all you need to drizzle. Crushed red pepper is optional.
