Heirloom tomato salads are always so refreshing and easy to put together. This simple salad shared by my lovely friend Sneha Singhvi will become your next favorite to make on any occasion.  Heirloom tomatoes are best during the summertime but one can choose several different colored tomatoes to create this flavorful salad.

INGREDIENTS

2 large Heirloom Tomatoes (use any/all the colors available)

3/4 cup Parsley with the tender stalks (roughly chopped)

3/4 cup Mint and Cilantro leaves (roughly chopped)

1 tablespoon Lime juice (adjust accordingly for the extra tangy flavor)

2 teaspoon Sumac

2 tablespoon Za’atar powder

1 tablespoon Olive oil

1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt flakes

1/2 teaspoon crushed Black pepper

1 Fresno chili (cut thin in circular slices)

1 cup Feta or Paneer (cut in cubes)

DIRECTIONS

Toss all the ingredients in a large salad bowl gently and enjoy the refreshing flavors.

Add cucumbers, bell peppers, onions, crunchy lettuce, or anything you desire to make it your own.
