There’s nothing known as too much chocolate! Sneha Dhadda, a lovely baker and a creative cook shares with us a super easy and quick recipe for a nutella oreo parfait. INGREDIENTS

6-7 Ferrero Rochers

8 oreos, break in pieces

8-9 oreos, crushed

1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled

1 packet Dr.Oetker’s whip cream stabilizer

1/2 cup nutella (for frosting)

1-2 tsp sugar (optional)

for making the parfait, you require a small mason jar or a dessert glass and 2 piping bags

 

DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Cut Ferrero Rocher into small pieces and keep it aside in a bowl. Then, crush some oreos and keep it aside. Take another set of oreos and crush it a little fine in a chopper. Now take chilled heavy whipping cream and add  sugar and the whip cream stabilizer and whip it with a blender on low speed for about 5-7 minutes until you see firm peaks are formed.

Step 2

Divide this cream into 2 separate bowls. In one bowl add Nutella. Fold it gently and mix well. Then, in the other bowl of heavy cream, add the finely crushed oreos. Fold it gently and mix it well. Transfer the nutella and oreo frosting in two separate piping bags.

Step 3

Now take a jar or any transparent glass. First add the crushed oreo pieces, then add a layer of Nutella frosting. Top it with some Ferrero Rocher pieces and then add a layer of oreo frosting over it. Top this with crushed oreo pieces and then repeat with nutella and oreo frosting. Top the layer with oreo or Nutella frosting and garnish with some crushed oreo cookies and Ferrero Rocher pieces.
