Perfect meal starter for summer parties.  It’s crunchy, sweet, sour, and spicy.  Its easy to make but be sure to stock an extra batch in the refrigerator this goes fast.  This dish compliments well with Asian meals.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Napa cabbage

1 carrot

1 cucumber

1 fresh red chilli

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon lemon juice

2 teaspoon rice vinegar

Salt

PREPARATION

Step 1

Cut all the veggies into big pieces.  Add honey, rice vinegar, lemon juice, salt and thinly sliced red chilli.

Step 2

Toss all the ingredients in the bowl and let it marinate for an hour before serving.
