I love making homemade Greek yogurt with brown rice, quinoa, chia seeds and pomegranate for my kids. I love the combination of these ingredients and how fast it can be made and stored.

INGREDIENTS

2 cup homemade Greek yogurt

1/2 cup pomegranate or baby grapes

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon brown rice or sona masoori organic rice

1/2 tablespoon quinoa (optional)

1/2 tablespoon salt

PREPARATION

Step 1

Tie the homemade yogurt in the muslin cloth and leave it for a few hours to remove the excess water from the yogurt.

Step 2

Cook the rice and quinoa together, let it cool. Add chia seeds, slat and pomegranate to the rice mix.

Step 3

Add yogurt to the rice mix and leave it to soak for another 30 minutes prior to serving. During hot weather store it in the refrigerator.
